Kane (presumably) is throwing a shit fit because there is no WIFI.  He's yelling and all and yells at someone and asks " Does anyone else have anything to say?"  Danni states she is feeling uncomfortable and she' feeling anxious because of his tantrum.  He tells her she needs to calm down, stop being angry, and she's scaring the interns, basically gaslighting her. As the day goes on, he basically makes her out to be the crazy one and she proceeds to tell him he's never seen her angry and to not "angry black woman her" as he has done before and and made her appear crazy on air.  She then tells him she doesn't like the way he talks to her, others may be okay with it but she damn well isn't and he needs to get his shit together.  He then tells her she needs to "Take five".

Danni thought management would handle Kane and manage their talent, but instead she was put on hiatus for 21 days.  She was fuming and thought to compile notes for a book about her life,  Not a tell all book about Kane.  When the how hears of the book idea they take it as a tell all.  She gets a call from a co-worker (not sure who) and that co worker tells her everyone wants her fired due to this book that's not a tell all book about the show.  She then say there is nobody who would want her fired, there have been talent managers that have told her how great she was, she never wanted that manager to say that in front of the show cast because she felt that would place a target on her, but the talent manager proceeds to gush over her, she then says how the listeners were riled up and asking about her (yea because it was odd she was gone and the show was being all shady) and she knew she was killing it on air.  Danni also states there maybe was only one other co worker who wanted her fired because they were insecure and Danni was killing it that they were threatened.

She then talks to Kane and tells him that there are no grounds to fire her but then Kane states " I still have the dick pick".

Dick Pick background:  One day they were doing a bit on the show how there is always that one friend who text the most inappropriate thing at the worst time.  She gets a text from her friend Clair and its a dick pick and the guys are wondering what is so funny and she sends it to the guys.  Everyone thought it was funny and in context at the time.  Basically the show was like a boys locker room.  Kane or John would tell of their sexual escapades and were widely inappropriate most times and it made no sense the dick pick would be so offensive.

So she then goes on air to make it seem like all is well and she's over the phone saying she wants to come back, she feels like it's a set up. Kane brings the dick pick to management, Danni explains it and they find that there was no sexual misconduct.   After the on air phone call management brings her in and tells her they are changing the programming and need to let her go.  She knows thats bull and she was pretty much it.

She brings up how the guys were racist, always bringing watermelon and chicken when they went to their house, an instance where there was a racist caller and they guys didn't really understand what was racist and how insensitive they were.  She was yelled at for being late because after the racist caller, and the guys not understanding  how bad that situation as, she cried herself to sleep and woke up late.  She was intimidated and put into submission and was tired of it.

A Lawyer had told her she had a good case but she was so emotionally exhausted that she needed to get as far away from the situation as possible.

My half a cent :  Kane is more than likely a bitch to deal with, IJ too. Rose doesn't seem like much of a stand out so nobody really messes with her.  I think when you have so many strong personalities it's a recipe for drama.    Working with Kane and listening to him are two different things, I'd be curious to hear what his deal is and what his take on the essay is.  I am also interested to hear what toxic masculinity was the cause of the end of "The Fam" and how the stupid nanny bit was all everyone else fault.  [/quote]
