The date is mainly for SoCal team. It is club's decision if they want to form an ECNL or MLSN team by that time, as those top teams tryout is year around. I do agree MLSN needs to announce their intention before Feb as the SoCal 2012-2014 tryout and most players for ECNL or MLSN 2012-2014 teams will be formed.[/quote]
