Georgia has come around mostly and is not in danger anymore 
Syria suffered from the U.S. as much as from Russia. They don’t care who bombs them and fuels their wars 
Libya is its own worst enemy and so was Chechnya which is now under control and is not a danger to itself of others
Ukraine should have learned from Georgia
