I'm pro-abortion rights by the way but this case sounds more like medical malpractice. Why would the doctors delay a D&C if the fetus was already dead and only some tissue remained especially when the mother was clearly septic. It is not illegal under GA law.

It is, actually illegal under Georgia law. Welcome to the world of death and destruction the forced birthers - you, probably, despite your “I’m pro-abortion rights” given that you cite two right wingers - wanted.

The woman was so sick that not only was she soaking through a pad [i]every hour[/i], she was also [i]vomiting blood.[/i] I sure hope you don’t think you have a gotcha there with your “she already had a prescription abortion!” Sometimes that doesn’t work and a D&C is the next step. But here it was a next step that doctors are not allowed by controlling misogynists to offer until a woman is sufficiently close to death. She was too close to death and she was pushed over by forced birthers who hate women and don’t care what happens to women; it’s all a just punishment in forced birthers’ eyes if one dirty slut is forced to keep a pregnancy as punishment, right?
