I'm embarrassed to say I have been following the October moms thread since the very first post way back in February, and this is the first time I've actually contributed! I'm 21 weeks along, first-time mom, live in Northern VA. I've really enjoyed keeping up with everyone's progress and sorry I haven't shared till now. I also went through several fertility treatments to achieve this pregnancy so I was super-anxious about sharing the news with anyone and letting myself believe it's "real." I could have written the post jindc wrote a few weeks ago about being afraid to "jinx" things. But I think that fear has kept me from really enjoying this amazing time.

Anyway, I so wish I could join everyone tomorrow, but alas, I'm working all night tonight and probably won't get much rest before tomorrow morning   :(  If I can rally maybe I'll try to stop by! I'd also like to join the yahoo group; thanks for setting that up. Have fun tomorrow and happy long weekend to all!
