Why did they bomb it again? This was done on purpose[/quote] No evidence of that and Bellingcat's analysis of the "second tomahawk" video clearly shows a different building that WAS part of the IRGC base was targeted. If anything the "double tap" was debris falling as a result of another building nearby getting hit.[/quote]
