It is so f-in stupid.  How many wars have been fought over stupid oil.  So much of our foreign policy, a lot of it shameful, has revolved around access to oil.  Now we have technologies to move away from oil.  Why would we not want to move away from this finite, polluting resource to be energy independent and have less pollution?  Why would we not want to be the leader in these technologies? Trump and his cronies just trying to squeeze the last of the oil money out and the rest of the world be damned?
