There will be 30-60 kids per grade taking the MCPS prescribed classes for their BS music program. It’s no different than the Churchill and Wootton kids thy take an ensemble each year of HS except that they will be guaranteed an AP music theory class. Did you know that 93% of STEM grads report music training versus 34% of average adults? Or are you paying attention to how poor the job market is for STEM grads?!?[/quote]
