Rubio himself is reported to be pushing hard for regime change. *Machado, the opposition leader. She has pledged oil privatization for U.S. firms if she comes to power. *Trump and his family/friends/colleagues--you can bet that somehow, somewhere they will make a buck off regime change in Venezuela especially since there is so much oil money involved.
