Thus making it unaffordable for the elderly and those with preexisting conditions. 
Oh, and currently ACA does base your rates on your age.  Much cheaper for a couple who is 40 vs a couple at 55. So the only people you would be hurting are those with preexisting conditions---they cannot help that and should not be punished.

Also, trump had 4 years to "fix Obamacare".  Did we see a plan?  Did we see a "concept of a plan"
