I am sure coaches play favorites -- the better players.  I really doubt there is much if any bias or favoritism on local teams and we have been in a couple of clubs.  You do just let them play and stay out of the way.  If they are good it will not matter.  Let it be them and not you.[/quote]sometimes the players aren’t better. Sometimes your team doesn’t even notice when said player isn’t here. Sometimes the players parents cant deal with inner club competition and cry for a leg up. Sometimes the coaches favorites make absolutely no sense…

I garunteeeeeee this is not only an union / fvu issue.  All the 2011s not named Arlington have some favoritism… but true talent rises to the top without a crutch or confidence boost.[/quote]
