I have kids at RM. Yes - there is a strong cohort of students outside IB. These students would fit in well academically at schools like Wootton.

yep, I'm the PP who talked to my DC about the incident today, and they weren't phased.

They don't know this person.  My DC is in AP/IB classes, but they aren't in the IB magnet.

I went to really rough HS out in the west coast, like with real gangs.  I hardly ever crossed paths with those kids.

I'm not happy about all these incidents, but outside certain groups of kids, RM is a good school with many high achieving kids, and lots of programs and clubs. Both my kids really like RM.[/quote]
