No, not on par with being a rapist who tried to overthrow democracy. Weiner suffered consequences commensurate with his crime. And I think all Democrats think that he should have been punished, and was punished, for what he did.

Let’s not forget the amount of rat snuggling the right wing engaged in regarding Anthony Weiner, either.
