And where are these "rules" posted exactly?  Please don't take the high road based on what your AART told you.  GBRS are legitimately available to parents once the screening files are submitted by the school.  In fact, I requested a copy of the entire screening file and got it, but only after it was submitted to the screening committee.[/quote]

Thanks to the PP that provided this information last year. I asked the AART at our school if we could see a copy of what was submitted and was provided my own copy, including the GBRS with commentary. I think it is helpful to have the Commentary in particular, as the detailed descriptions were things I did not know about at all. It is very illuminating!
