The issue is a lot of people living in north Potomac/Rockville aren’t that rich. Some of them already struggle to afford the mortgage in order to send their kids to good school. Now some progressives are telling them you can go to private school. Why it’s always the poor middle class suffer? Why don’t they just tell people living more rich places like Potomac and Bethesda to do that?[/quote]

You may not be aware of this, but MCPS boundary changes also happen in places in Montgomery County that aren't North Potomac/Rockville.
