Is it illegal to marry your cousin's daughter, your 2nd cousin. I'm pretty sure it is not. The definition talks about intermarrying. If it's ok to marry, then it's not exactly incest. It's pretty close and I would call it incestuous but they aren't forbidden to marry so it doesn't meet the definition.[/quote]
