But she's going to have a tough time finding a lawyer that would stand up to the many whom I'm sure would line up to represent the birder gentleman. If he sued her for making false claims against him, I'm confident he'd win. But he seems like a nice human being and would probably think karma has been sufficiently served. And then he would enjoy his birds (I personally hate birds and find them creepy and annoying, but let the birder do his thing) [/quote]
