Where on earth does the mask hating PP live?? I’m in Ballston and last trip to the grocery store 10 days ago — every single customer and employee had a mask on.
Probably some bored high schooler.
Oh yes, because anyone who doesn’t agree with you must be in high school.
Please explain why any reasonable adult would be against wearing a mask in public during a pandemic.
I can explain it! There are lots of reasonable adults who just aren't terribly bright. There ya go!
+100 They all think bc hospitals have capacity and “80% of people will be fine” it’s no big deal. They are wrong. My DH got Covid. He’s under 40, no underlying health conditions, in good shape. No idea how he got it. He ended up with pneumonia. All the website advice and our PCP said go to the ER bc he couldn’t breath. Hospital sent him home - later our PCP said she couldn’t believe it but the standard to get admitted is you have to be in really bad shape - and sometimes even then they send you home with oxygen. DH couldn’t breathe trying to move from lying to sitting . Walking 10 feet to the bathroom dropped his O2 below 70% and left him terrified and breathless. That is what they are calling “moderate to severe”. Would not wish it on anyone.
