About Universal healthcare: No democrat in the top rung(Biden,sanders,warren,harris,Mayor pete) have said they want to abolish private insurance. So get your facts straight. All of them want to expand medicare to include those who aren't covered and want 100% of people covered, counting all means of insurance. There should be a public option for people to fall back on if they lose their job, their jobs don't provide insurance etc. Its a shame that ONLY in America people go bankrupt paying for healthcare. Thats wrong WHEN THE WEALTHY ARE GETTING TAX CUT AFTER TAX CUT.

Except the PP and you have Reading comprehension issues. Harris only says she wants to reform the "FOR PROFIT Insurance companies. In America Medicare is the largest insurer, followed by non-profit insurnace companies such as BCBS, Medicaid etc. the share of FOR PROFIT insurance companies aren't big. Why would you want FOR PROFIT insurance companies that profit by not paying for patients when they are sick?
