Which school mandates a teacher appreciation donation per class?  That's absurd!  On top of that, all of the gifts are unnecessary.  Why are you so opposed to just letting the parents give whatever gifts to the teacher that they wish?  Also, what teacher needs a birthday gift, teacher appreciation gift, X-mas gift, and end of year gift?  That's excessive.[/quote]
