Complicating facts:

- Key was also a neighborhood school until last year. In the current year lottery, non-Spanish speakers with no sibling preference had about a 50/50 chance of getting admitted in the kindergarten lottery. Over time this will send more kids to neighborhood schools from FKA Key Zone.

- Taylor has seats that need to be filled. This will include kids from somewhere south of Lee Highway, though most of these families would prefer to go elsewhere. Taylor is an excellent school, but it is not well located for people who do not live in the immediate area.

- Long Branch may not have any seats for kids to the north and east, it just depends on how they draw the Fleet lines.
