I think any DH could tell 1) if he is attentive and 2) you've gone through this before, so he's seen it before, and would be familiar with how your body reacts to pregnancy. Your body changes. Your breasts get bigger and more tender. If you've had kids before and are thin, you might round out fairly quickly and show a (tiny) bit. If a DH is very in tune with his wive's body, I see how this could be. If you are nauseous when you are pregnant, that's another clue. Totally possible.[/quote]
