[/quote] Women who do not intend to get pregnant sometimes forego BC if its something that has to be used in the act (condoms, sponges, ...), especially around there more fertile times. This isn't blaming, this is just biological fact; our bodies are programmed to procreate in the same way we experience other biological imperatives. Providing free, effective longer term BC eliminates this biologically driven factor. Again, this isn,t about blame, but recognizing we are all human.
