Seriously, about Jen and Tina?!? The rest is very believable. Why would Jen not insist on meeting Tina?! Tina has been a regular parental figure to Jen’s kids for over a year now, including the younger two as minors. There is no way I would let a bonus mom in my children’s lives—spending holidays with them, giving them advice, driving them around, showering them with fun and gifts—without me knowing the woman. Time to act like adults and say “I realize this isn’t a ideal. No one is having a blast here. But this is where we’re at with the choices we’ve all made. So if we’re going to coparent together, let’s get to know each other.” Seems like a few casual lunches together might be less awkward than tiptoeing around each other at the kids’ eventual weddings. Where do they plan on meeting for the first time? When they show up to the same hospital to welcome the first grandbaby someday? (Sidebar: Texas Barbie should be called Glam-maw when that happens) - They share it all now. It’s silly to avoid each other, unless Jen just cannot handle it. In which case, why the constant selling of how healed and whole she is?! 🤦‍♀️[/quote]
