A threat to public safety is not the same as a threat to the officer. The argument in this case is that he was shooting to protect HIMSELF, not anyone else. The case you cited is irrelevant.[/quote]

We know this because we can see her prior behavior in the minutes before her death and we can see the empty street.[/quote]
