I cannot believe she would serve less than 5 yrs for premeditated killing. She literally shot an innocent man to death, knowing he was innocent, after SHE lured him to the scene. She pulled the trigger and killed him when he was writhing in pain. That is COLD BLOODED, no matter how "in love" you are. I hope the judge gives her more than 1.5 yrs (which is the likely "time served"). This is where the community needs to rise up and show that they demand more than 1.5 yrs of incarceration for cold-blooded, pre-meditated, depraved heart murder. [/quote]
