No, there's at least 1 that lives in walking distance.  I don't know about anyone else, but the last day of school when I was in middle school, we all went to someone's house as a group...  and some of the kids were normally bussed and others lived in other neighborhoods.  So she has to figure out which 1+ kid(s) lives in her neighborhood, and her daughter may not remember the face for that kid if they were at the back of the pack.[/quote]

Prediction:  you and your daughter are off to the world's worst summer vacation EVER.  You are dwelling on a nonevent that you can not change and won't mean a hill of beans by the end of the summer (or even the end of this week) unless you INSIST on turning this mole hill into a big old mountain.

Serious question - Do you have anxiety, Op?  Do you honestly think that this particular boy is a threat to your daughter?  My guess is that he has forgotten about the whole thing and couldn't pick your DD out of a line up.  Which is good because he sounds like a bit of a jerk and not something that I would want my kid around.  [/quote]
