Wootton Parkway and the intersection of I-270 with Falls Road can't absorb significant traffic increases from around MoCo. The traffic is already bad in that area. Also, increased traffic around Wootton could put pedestrians/cyclists using the Wootton Parkway at risk. I've seen numerous near misses of pedestrians and bicycles from cars turning right onto Wootton Parkway after getting off I-270.[/quote]
