Federal law requires members of the military and civilian law enforcement who are responding to a civil disturbance on behalf of the federal government to wear visible identification of themselves and the government entity employing them.

WRONG.  They have identified themselves: their jackets identify their agency.    Their names appear on the I-200, which is a lawful federal warrant.  The I-200 is divulged to the alien, and to the alien’s counsel, if any.

YOU, PP, have no right whatsoever to the I-200, though I suppose you could try filing a FOIA if it matters that much to you.
