Right now, the message being sent is: go ahead with your daily life, coaches keep teaching soccer, but don’t worry about teaching respect, leadership, consequences of your actions, and trust because if our club’s leadership cannot uphold or enforce these standards, why should we expect anyone else to?

Our children are watching. Both boys and girls are learning what is tolerated and what is excused. What are we teaching them when there are no serious consequences for actions that clearly violate the ethics and integrity of the club?

We expect more from those who lead and represent our community. I urge you to take this issue seriously and demonstrate to all families that DCSC stands for what is right on and off the field.[/quote]
