You are correct but video after video shows bands of men with no identification or badges and mismatched ad hoc gear subduing people on the street.  Some good guy with a gun is going to exercise his second amendment rights to prevent a woman from abduction.  The cluelessness of ICE proves they have no training. Every valid arrest doesn’t require slamming the target onto the pavement. [/quote]

This is all so ridiculous. Courts have already ruled on the guidelines for ICE arrests. They do not have to provide ID. Someone approached by ICE can ask for name, badge number and agency affiliation. If it’s a private home, they can request a warrant. But no - ICE is under no legal obligation to present a physical ID if it’s an operational hazard and refusal to show one doesn’t invalidate an arrest. The fact that you personally don’t like that this is legal is irrelevant. [/quote]
