Yes, this part is what I come back to: she had to have left already to get to his house at 12.36. She could not  have been there and we know he was alive and well at that time. Meanwhile there was a house full of other people and a driveway/road in front of the house with people still there. So why were they not investigated more if the idea is that he was struck with a car considering they had cars there and Karen Read did not and they were just as impaired as she was?[/quote]

Yes, two minutes is actually a long time to be walking around and using a phone. What happened during that two minutes? Was there someone else there?

It would have been helpful if the investigators had collected all the camera footage they could from neighbors. I’ve seen other trials where detectives were able to trace a suspect over several streets and follow where he went after committing a crime. Camera footage might have been a big help in this case.
