Why are SR & GC not playing each other this season?
Supposedly SR was scared.
Thats what I heard as well
**Blatant Trigger Warning for Obnoxious Good Counsel Parents** Yes, SR Parent here, not hiding behind "So I heard..." [fill in inside info only a parent, player, or coach would know as I try to subtly say my kid's team is way better than your kid's team or that my kid is the best player in the area]. Also, this is not for you idiots but for those who peruse this page to see what crazy private school parents are rattling on about. SR plays Maryvale, NDP, John Carrol, St. Mary's, SPSG, Penn Charter School (PA), Episcopal Academy (PA), Glenelg, Agnes Irwin (PA), New Trier HS (IL), American Heritage (FL), St. Thomas Aquinas (FL), The Hill Academy (Canada), and the ISL Schedule. SJC and Holy Child (both teams you all play) are the two WCAC teams they are scheduled to play, although we all know they'll play Good Counsel in Spring Fling. There's not much extra room besides playing two teams you get to beat up on. Unfortunately, they will not be able to play such top-flight out-of-league competition like Bishop McNamara, Elizabeth Seton, Westminster, TAHC, and St. Mary's Ryken (who the public schools beat up on at St. James), plus the rest of those top-notch, big ballers in the WCAC like you did last year. Go ahead and whine. Sometimes, when you go all out against the best competition, every game like SR, Visi, Potomac, SSSAS all do every year, you get a little banged up during the regular season. ISL lacrosse is like playing football in the Big Ten or SSC (see Ohio St. and Georgia). I'm glad MH throws a couple of tough ones on the schedule each year - got to rest up for that tough American Athletic Conference/Mid-American Conference-esque competition. Go ahead, anonymous warriors. I can't wait to hear your noise - so entertaining.
When did Holy Child join the WCAC? Do you mean Holy Cross? What is the SSC? Do you mean the SEC? You talk quite the game for someone what can't even get little facts straight.
