Yes she did hand the NDA's over. You can use evidence across different cases if it's deemed relevancy. Communications surrounding the abuse and the evidence would fulfill that. [/quote]

It will awhile to mediate the winery case because there's many moving parts. Settling the divorce will give them enough time and defer her from using them in the meantime. She doesn't have to wait for the trial to reveal what was found in the discovery. She can attach them to her answer or future motion.[/quote]
