The PP cited MoCo spending $20K per student, per year. But that is the average for ALL MoCo students. Undocumented / noncitizen children cost far more than that $20K average because: - ESOL services are required, - FARMS costs the government $$ - SPED rates are far higher for this cohort - graduation and college admission rates are far lower, meaning they contribute much less to our economy over their lifetimes, etc. So yes, we will save money by not allowing this group to enter the US in the first place, and by removing them to their home country, where they can go to school in their own school system.[/quote] It's paid for by property taxes so go find somebody to pay the property taxes. You seem pretty confident that you can easily find replacement taxpayers. I guess you will see.[/quote]
