Why? What do you use for childcare? All of the Kindercare type of places cover thr days off. All of the Tae Kwon Do after school program type of places cover the extra days off. Are you hiring babysitters for the days off, and they are only willing to book with you for a long week rather than a random day?[/quote]

It's being discussed by our PTA. It's under Closings/Delayed Openings.  The new proposed text states: "When schools close early, the Program is closed."

You are misrepresenting this.  It's what the person above said.

What are you talking about?  That is what it says.  "When Arlington Public Schools are closed due to inclement weather..."  The rest of the section pertains to that scenario and the section has a clear header that says Closings/Delayed Openings.  Early release days are not closed or delayed openings and APS is not closed on early release days.  [/quote]
There are two different sentences.  It's basic drafting that if they meant the same thing, the sentence wouldn't be repeated.  The first sentence is about weather closings.  The second sentence addresses early release days.

No, the second sentence is about inclement weather early release days - not regular early release days. So like if weather changes substantially after school opens and they decide to close early to get everyone home.[/quote]
