The judge may just be that much of a corrupt diehard, but she must realize that this trial will be an American history event that will be discussed for the next 200 years (assuming the world doesn't implode). She will unnecessarily tie herself to that by doing so. The smart thing for her to do is get out of this altogether.[/quote]

:lol:  :lol:  :lol: She’s not getting out of this, nor should she. A bench trial would be perfect and make a joke out of the Biden DOJ. If at all possible she should sweep in the Jan 6 stuff and dismiss with prejudice on that to ruin all Federal prosecutions against rPOTUS.[/quote]

Yep she will make this all go away. Trump will reward her when he is president- maybe AG or replace the current chief justice of the Supreme Court. [/quote]
