FCPS would love to get more people applying to be teachers. The same goes for FCPD and FCFD. [/quote]

You have to adjust your lower expectation with POC - Asians must be :

- 20% of the school board;    [b]Asian representation: 0[/b]
- 20% of the top 100 administrative positions at FCPS;     [b]Asian representation: probably less than 3%[/b]  
- 20% of the county teachers;   [b]Asian representation: probably less than 5%  [/b]
- 20% of the county employees including the top 100 administrative positions;  [b]Asian representation: probably less than 3%  [/b]
- 20% of the County Board of Supervisors;     [b]Asian representation: 0[/b]
- 20% of the County Judges;    [b]Asian representation: 0  [/b]
- 20% of County prosecutors;    [b]Asian representation: probably less than 3% [/b]
- 20% of the County police officers;  [b]Asian representation: probably less than 3% [/b]
- 70% of TJ teachers;   Asian representation: [b]probably less than 5% [/b]
- Principal of TJ must be Asian;  
- 20% of County Contracts and Grants;  [b]Asian representation: probably less than 3% [/b]
- 20% of county public schools' sport teams;     [b]Asian representation: probably less than 3%[/b]
