Living in one of the neighborhoods that were reassigned and having seen neighbors and friends moving or contemplating a move or sending their kids to private; and knowing a bunch of families in the other neighborhoods that are experiencing the same thing. And the fact that Neelsville enrollment is down has been communicated multiple times by the Neelsville principal. [/quote]
