Provide more educational resources to blacks and Hispanics or anyone underprivileged to get them on track from the earlier years rather than holding everyone back? We will have more equity issues in the future. Those who can afford will be in private school and those can’t in public schools. Isn’t that a concern? When does an elementary school or middle school teacher has time to teach 3 different types of kids, kids below, kids at grade level and kids at advanced level? [/quote]
