The contractors and shady developers in my neighborhood do this all the time - they will load up a van with 30 bags of debris and then place a bag in various dumpsters and single family home garbage cans in the neighborhood. This is so they don't have to pay for a dumpster. It's pretty common practice in the trades, unfortunately. [/quote]
