Valor is SYA and CYA.  There are quite a few of us with $1.5 mil and up homes after this most recent run up in the area east of the Sully Highlands fields, where most practices are held.  My kids when they played for Valor both only had academy once a week in Centreville, everything else was at Sully.  Once you go east of Lawyers Rd and Fox Mill Rd you'll encounter a lot of $2 mil and up homes.[/quote]

"Most" practices are not held there. They also 
practice out at SYA sports park (Centreville), Braddock Park(Centreville), Centreville HS (Centreville) EC Lawrence(Centreville), Arrowhead (Centreville), Etc. Its primarily Centreville and Centreville is not an upscale housing market LOL!

I did two kids, 3 years a piece.  Almost all our practices were at Sully except for the weekly academy practice at SYA sports park.  Each kid may have had one season where one of their weekly practices was at Arrowhead, and now that you mention EC Lawrence I think we had a practice there when my oldest was the only one doing travel.  Guess I was just lucky with field assignments.
Still plenty of 1.5 mil and up homes in 20171 and 22124 that are convenient to all those fields except SYA sports park. That one is annoying to get to after work.
