Anything is more interesting than crazy August guy.
Have you thought about where you intend to cry when you finally accept that your kids club wont play players on grade down on A teams.
I’ll just hold my kid back…. See you on the pitch.
Yeah, homeschool/virtual school can be a beautiful thing.
Fine, that works for me. Your kid would be playing on the correct grade in school team.
In America, and welcome, it doesn't matter if you agree or disagree with what the PP is doing because they can do anything they want within the rules.
Within the rules is SY 8/1-7/31 with a rule that youger players must play on. a team thats their grade. If your Homeschooler fits in the eligibility window no issues.
We don't get to make up our own fake rules. Post a link for the forcing kids to play up or drop it.
Nope tough guy. Either way clubs will group A teams with players that are all a single grade. They'll do this because it will help players to get recruited which is free advertising for the club.
Opinions carry weight when you provide evidence, otherwise it's just pissing in the wind. Not forcing players up.
Prove that having Aug Sept birthdays play on a team A or B thats their grade is bad in any way. BTW all your USNT RAE info is garbage because it doesnt take into account development that occurs on a B team with players multiple ages and skill sets.
Unless the B team plays in the same league, 9x out of 10, the B team sees much slower play and may get a coach who isn't as qualified. Typically, when tryout times comes around, the most competitive clubs don't draw from that B team. They look to pull in from the outside. Best B team players then look to leave if they can or maybe they quit, except for the ones who truly love to play and who may stay, especially as they play in HS. That's reality. Still, seeing the dreams die, it could be a country ballad.
This is perfect for younger players that arent big enough to play on the A team yet.
Not when they can fit even better on the A team in their AGE group! Those youngers would get lost on those B teams and little playing time.
Are you kidding me. You think a player will be lost on a B team thats their grade in school but able to contribute on an A team a grade younger. Ridiculuous. Youre just saying dumb things to say them now.
