It definitely looks like MAL. Look at the arches and railing.

Who drew this? They need to be questioned. It undoubtedly points to grooming. Giving the girls balloons and candy - 20 years later they are sex slaves. And it looks like maybe it shows him only giving balloons to the blonde girl, and then all the girls in the other pic are blonde.

This is so gross. Every single person in this country should desperately want to get to the bottom of this, and lock up everyone who is guilty or complicit.
