[/quote] I have no specific info, but my guess is that higher ups make the coaches’ jobs harder in some way/do not listen to suggestions or ideas for improvements. Or maybe they are micromanaged in terms of roster decisions or how to handle parent complaints. Quite a few coaches who have left Valor after a year or two end up coaching elsewhere, so it’s not like they leave coaching entirely or are unable to be hired. I imagine it’s similar to what happens at a school when a principal is bad. Good people leave and word gets out not to apply for a job there. [/quote]
