Sir/Ma'am, that is not a JLG quote.  That's a really old phrase most often (probably mis-)attributed to MLK Jr.  It's also not a unique concept, it's pretty much what everyone thinks. It's most often brought up by progressives (to justify funding things that are important but not cheap) but it's also essentially the justification of things like the Hyde Amendment.[/quote]
