As you stated, how is MCPS gauging whether those regional are successful?[/quote] Remember on July 24th BOE meeting, the study team attributed the failure of regional IBs to the existence of RMIB, so far more students chose to travel far instead of staying in local that makes the local IB program lacking enough cohort.
