At the end of the day every club is a hot mess. No club is drama free and all of them have some major issue or problems. Best thing you can do for your DC is ask, “Is my child growing, developing and enjoying the game at their current team?” If the answers are “yes” then enjoy the ride and stop making yourself crazy searching for the next best league for this or that pathway. This is true.  The problem at GFR right now is the board is trying to get rid of all of the good coaches and there are a ton of question marks about the current slate and no one knows what's going on.  The communication has been all over the place and you have one coach telling you he's coaching the team next year and then another telling you NM, etc. are coming back once RS is given his role back.  It's very hard to feel comfortable committing to play for a club that is so disorganized and has so many question marks right now.  Hoping for a resolution before tryouts end and to have our old coach(es) back....[/quote]
