Early Islam also had wine and song.  You will no longer find those in Taliban Afghanistan.  That is not the Islam of today, where women aren't even allowed to wear what they want or to go outside without covering their heads.[/quote]

Whose fault is that? That’s our fault. We funded the right winger Incels/Taliban because we didn’t want Afghanistan to fall into the socialism and secular communism they were already falling into  just like all the stan countries (Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan)

The Us Cold War policy of containment was an epic fail. All we did was support right wing military juntas  worldwide from Latin America to Africa to Asia. Instead of allowing them to have socialism over there, we prefer they come over here to the Western world where  socialism is acceptable and a driver to the middle class.

Look at Afghanistan in the 70s to it now.

We created the problems by giving the extremist Incels all the power and now the chickens may come home to rose and it will happen over here. Don’t think it can’t because when right winger men take all the levers of control, society quickly falls in line and we see that even now with Trump. Feminism and diversity and liberalism will be completely repudiated and denounced and changes are coming including Christian nationalism and an anti feminism movement
