Some of the yada yada you refer to can be of increasing importance as realism replaces idealism, which often happens as you age. I agree he seems to have transformed - moreso shocking in his endorsement of Trump the candidate which is 180 degree turn. However, an issue like immigration is not shocking for someone to tak e a stance on -even if it's one you don't agree with, or that they have a changing opinion on. [/quote]
